“I see some new faces among The World, or perhaps I’m a new face to you all. I’m not the best skilled player around here, actually most people mistaken me for a n00b because of what I do. As a member of Canard, a n00b support guild, I enjoy helping others enjoy playing the game. But lately I haven’t even been very good at doing that [^_^;]. Still I hope to get along with everyone here.”
“Ah-sorry-excuse me-sorry-” Silabus struggled through a crowd of players in Mac Anu as he tried to make his way around. It had been weeks, maybe months, since he picked up his controller and M2D. Everything felt completely new to him again, Silabus could barely manuever around town.
“Sorry!” Silabus apologized when he accidentally bumped into another player, who gave him a cold stare.
“Geez what a n00b, must have picked up the game today, but what a pain. This game isn’t for babies,” Silabus heard the player say to another, though his words appeared in the public chat for all The World and Silabus to see clear as day.
Silabus’ shoulders sank a little as he walked over to sit on a empty crate in an alley. In truth he had been playing The World for over a year now, but considering the time he had to take off to study for exams he felt like a n00b once again coming back.
